Healing Homes: Living Seasonally for a Healthier Life
As the seasons shift and the year unfolds, nature reminds us of its rhythms and cycles. Just as the earth adapts, so must we—aligning not just our lifestyles but also our homes with the seasons. #Livingseasonally isn’t just about eating with the harvest; it’s about creating an environment that fosters wellness, balance, and harmony throughout the year. Here's how we can transform our homes into healing spaces, month by month, to support our own health and well-being as well as support the place we live.

Think about the air quality – and occasionally open windows and add indoor plants. Use a variety of ways to light the space and don't just rely on putting the ‘big light’ one.... those that know, know.

February is often the coldest month. It’s a time to declutter and make room for renewal.
Action Steps: Sort through items accumulated over the winter. Donate unused items to create space for energy to flow freely. Open windows on warmer days to refresh the air inside, even if just for a few minutes.
Start seedlings indoors to connect with the promise of spring and bring life into the home.

Action Steps: Focus on scrubbing away winter’s grime. Wash windows, dust ceilings, and clean carpets. Swap out heavy curtains for sheer ones to let in more light. Rearrange furniture to optimise the flow of natural light and energy.
